Who we are

STIX Wax Co. LLC, a waxing, brow, and lash studio at Greenway Station in Middleton, WI. These terms cover our appointment text messages.

What you're signing up for

When you book at stixwaxwi.com you can tick an optional, unchecked box to receive text messages from STIX Wax Co. about your appointments: booking confirmations, reminders before your visit (with how to prepare), changes to your appointment, links to cancel or reschedule, and aftercare instructions after your visit. We also reply to texts you send us. We don't send marketing messages.

How often

Message frequency varies with your bookings. For each appointment, expect a confirmation, a reminder or two, and an aftercare message, plus any messages about changes you make.

Msg & data rates may apply.

Consent

Consent to texts is not a condition of booking or purchase. You can book without agreeing to text messages; we'll use email instead.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at katie@stixwaxwi.com or (608) 820-7311. Opting out of texts won't cancel your appointment, and you'll still get email confirmations.

Carriers

Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number and opt-in are used only to send these messages and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.
