Cancellation & no-show policy
Version 2026-10-24.3 · effective October 24, 2026A card on file is required to hold your appointment. Nothing is charged when you book. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. If you cancel or reschedule inside 24 hours, a late-cancel fee applies; if you don't show up, a no-show fee applies. Each fee is a percentage of your service's price, shown in dollars at booking, and is charged to your card on file only by your provider.

This page adds a few house rules to the cancellation and fee policy you agree to when you book. The window and fees are shown at booking and in that policy.
Late arrivals
Please arrive a few minutes early. If you're running late, text us as soon as you can. Depending on the schedule we may shorten your service or ask to reschedule, and the cancellation policy may apply.
Minors
Clients under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to book, to be present for the whole appointment, and to sign the intake form on their behalf. Some services may not be offered to minors.
Illness and skin conditions
Please reschedule if you're unwell, or if the area to be treated is sunburned, irritated, broken, or has a rash. Tell us about skin conditions, medications, and products such as retinoids on your intake form so we can plan your service safely.
Guests
To keep the room calm and private, please come on your own. A parent or guardian of a client under 18 is always welcome; for anyone else, ask us first.
Retail returns
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days with your receipt for a refund to the original payment method. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and aftercare products can't be returned. If a product causes a reaction, stop using it and contact us.
